Homemade Soaps
Made from natural oils, and scented with fragrant and/or
essential oils. Most are a tallow/vegetable oil blend. Some of the
soaps are a goat milk,
tallow, and vegetable oil blend, and a few of the
varieties are an all-vegetable
blend. The oils in all of these soaps
are saponified
by the use of lye – using the
cold process method. Many of the soaps
also
contain other natural
ingredients such as oatmeal, seeds,
herbs,
pumice, honey, tea, cornmeal, and
borax. They may also
contain natural
colorants such as clays and ultramarines.
